Red flags all around. Clearly do not know what they are doing with vehicles. Not only did the technician not know what a “quick disconnect” on a battery was 🚩, he didn’t even know how to reinstall it properly. Which left me digging bolts out of my engine bay once I got my vehicle returned. And when I called about it not being reinstalled, I was lied to and told they had done it. When you call about needing electrical work done and instead of the company letting you know they can’t do the work, they waste 4-5 days of your time pretending like they can, it’s just disrespectful. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

This shop has the best staff ever!! They helped me with multiple issues on my car- so friendly and great at communicating what is going on with the car. I'd recommend to anyone!

Not sure why they bother putting a sign up to get work in. Stopped by to have my ac checked on my work truck...but it is one of those places that takes the time to shut everything down from 12 to 1pm. I get it, some self employed people value lunch over business and realistically cannot be faulted. Go kill some time and come back. The waiting room is big enough for one person. Maybe two if one sits on the others lap. Woman at the front desk when I told her I needed to have my ac checked looks at me as if I was insane and asked for my name. She told me that they were appointment only and appointments need to be made well in advance since they stay heavily booked....while every bay in the shop when I looked into the work areas was empty. I commented on how it looked like it and her response was that it didn't matter how it looked, appointments have to be made for their services. Like it is some high end dining establishment. A moment later a guy did pull a car in, guessing they made their appointment. The mechanic...thought that he was stopping mid pace to take a nap, so apparently charging by the hour. Especially since he and another "mechanic" stepped to the door immediately to t

I was in need of A/C repair that had not been working for a year. I contacted Paul’s Automotive Service and Repair. I must say that I am 62 years old and I have met a lot of people in my time and Joe is one of the most kind and well mannered young Men that I have ever met. Very courteous and informative on the repairs needed. Turn around time was 1 day and price was excellent. Teresa, at the front desk, was also substantially above standard on the phone contacts. This business and all the staff are absolutely First Class. Highly recommend.
